DODO Will Be on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) Soon
The DODO team is putting some finishing touches to the platform and the token for them to be launched on the Binance Smart Chain (BSC) soon.
What services will DODO offer on BSC?
Since the beginning of DODO v2 development in October 2020, our team has been working on dual-chain development and deployment for both Ethereum and the Binance Smart Chain (BSC). DODO v2 will not be limited to reliance on third-party oracle services, but will instead take more advantage of the capital-efficient PMM algorithm to enhance the flexibility of its liquidity pools.
DODO v2 Beta will go live on BSC on February 22, 2021, with the following features:
- Liquidity source aggregation and SmartTrade (PancakeSwap liquidity has already been integrated)
- Asset issuance tool (Crowdpooling)
- Custom-ratio liquidity market creation (DODO Vending Machine)
- Flexible liquidity pool solutions for professional market makers (DODO Private Pool)
- Liquidity mining rewards for the BUSD-USDT stablecoin pair on BSC Mainnet, with many more incentive programs in the pipeline
Migration of some DODO tokens to BSC
In order to attract BSC users and facilitate the growth of the DODO platform within the BSC ecosystem, the DODO team will gradually roll out various incentive programs.
As such, we will be utilizing the 80,000,000 DODO (8% of the total DODO token supply) reserved for marketing, operations, and partnerships, and marking these tokens as in circulation.
- Among these tokens, 40,000,000 DODO (4% of the total DODO token supply) have been transferred to a new Ethereum address in preparation for future ecosystem development and initiatives. Please refer to this Ethereum address: 0x51D21C1a9B0A3C5964877beD99945f7C1EfF10cD
- The remaining 40,000,000 DODO (4% of the total DODO token supply) will be migrated to BSC in the coming days.
In addition, 13,000,000 DODO (1.3% of the total DODO token supply) from the community incentive reserve will also be migrated to BSC. Therefore, there will be 53,000,000 DODO (5.3% of the total DODO token supply) for community distribution on BSC.
Upon completion of these migrations, the DODO token will have 14% of its total supply in circulation, but this does not mean that all of these tokens are immediately tradable on the market. The DODO team will only distribute tokens when needed, and such token incentives will be clearly communicated to the community in advance. We welcome and encourage everyone to monitor the DODO token’s on-chain activities.
