According to the latest announcement of the NESTCore team on GitHub, NEST plans to release an open version on BSC. This version will make corresponding adjustments to interface signatures such as quotation, closing, price query, and some parameters of NEST; anyone can open a quote pair and have partial management rights of the pair; a quote pair can be opened multiple times and compete with each other. Overall, the core mechanism of price formation in the NEST oracle remains unchanged. So far, NEST protocol has become the first fully open and decentralized oracle in the DeFi world that does not require censorship or nodes to realize quotes.

The upgraded NEST protocol has been fully integrated with projects such as CoFiX, Parasset and FORT in the ecosystem. At the same time, it is actively promoting external ecological cooperation, and will be deployed on layer2 in the future, the NEST protocol will gradually build a new DeFi metaverse.
