Hello, everyone! QuarkChain has always been working on building our global community. Our team members have been appearing in different countries and cities all over the world. To give our community members a heads-up of QuarkChain’s latest footprints, we have launched our “Global Satellite node GPS” and will give a brief preview of QuarkChain’s activities in the next month. “Where will QuarkChain’s team members appear?”, “ What will they do?” Now Let’s have a look!

8/19–21 Web3 Summit 2019, Funkhaus, Berlin, Germany

Every year the developers and researchers working on lower level protocols and others interested in the latest developments in the decentralized network come together for an immersive and collaborative gathering focusing on the Web3 technology stack, including: P2P protocols, platform neutral computation language, data distribution protocols, blockchains, transient data/messaging, encrypted storage, and protocol-extensible developer APIs.

Dr. Qi Zhou, CEO of QuarkChain, and Junjia He, an engineer of QuarkChain are at the summit. Dr. Qi Zhou will give a presentation about Boson consensus on the Oracle HackerNode Venue. In addition, they are invited to attend two open discussions: “Proof of Staked Work” and “Blockchain Challenge and Future Solutions”.

8/20 POW’ER Global BlockChain Developers Conference, Beijing, China

“POW’ER Global BlockChain Developers Conference” will invite 1500 frontier developers to participate in the discussion of the trends and launch of new technologies such as the blockchain technology, digital economy, artificial intelligence, and Internet of Things. The conference invites technical leaders in the blockchain industry, heads of investment and research institutes from all over the world, as well as technical experts and scholars from top Internet companies to share their judgments and outlook of the new technology trends.

Ting Du, QuarkChain CBO is invited to join the round table discussion on “What Are We Talking About When We Are Talking About Open Finance?”. In addition, Dr. Yaodong Yang, QuarkChain scientist is also invited to join the conference.

8/22 Berlin Blockchain Week’s Exclusive Event: Block Party, Berlin, Germany

After the Web3 Summit, together with Longhash, MXC, IOSG, and Oceanex, QuarkChain will hold an exclusive event in Berlin Blockchain Week — “Blockchain Party”, which will provide an easy but efficient way to communicate with blockchain practitioners and engineers from Germany and other countries from Europe about the latest development of blockchain technology.

8/26 Binance Filipino Local Meet Up, Manila, the Philippines

On August 26, Binance’s first global meetup(the Philippines station) will take place in Manila. QuarkChain scientist, Dr. Yaodong Yang is invited to attend the meetup. Professor Yang will communicate with the blockchain enthusiasts there. He will introduce multiple functional characteristics of QuarkChain such as high TPS, great flexibility and so on to make users in Southeast Asia have a better understanding of QuarkChain.

8/31 CPC Crypto DevCon, Silicon Valley, the USA.

on August 31, Stanford Faculty Club will hold the 2019 CPC Crypto DevCon. International experts of the distributed systems and cryptography will attend the DevCon and share their ideas.

Dr. Qi Zhou, CEO of QuarkChain will attend the DevCon and give a keynote speech. Turing Award winner, Professor Whitfield Diffie and co-inventor of the Blockchain technology, Dr. Scott Stornetta, will also attend this conference. 9/1 QuarkChain Online AMA with Holochain, Matic, Credits and More

On September 1, QuarkChain will hold an online AMA together with Holochain, Matic, credits and some other blockchain projects. Representatives from these blockchain projects will gather online and discuss the problems that blockchain industry is facing.

9/4–5 Upbit Developer Conference, Incheno, Korea.

From September 4 to 5, Upbit Developer Conference, held by Upbit will take place at Incheon, Korea. This year, QuarkChain will again attend the conference which can gather thousands of developers from not only Asia but also the World. The QuarkChain team will have an offline meetup with community members and developers. In addition, the team will be interviewed by The Nodist, a blockchain media in Southeast Asia.
