@Taelpay What is the usage of WABI in the future? Where do you want to cover? What is your vision? 👍
@_EbiKing_ Big question! Our solution is a multi-faceted one and that's what gets people excited the most. The future is a full supply chain of authentic products, but the usage of WABI will only expand further, worldwide. Hence the Taelpay moniker.
@Taelpay Will you be pushing @taelpay in other countries also, or is it for China only? If so, when are you planning to go abroad? Who do you consider your competitors?
@ahacrypto We'll expand abroad when the time is right. The 'where & when' is something I can't make any promises on right now. But, as they say, the world is not enough. We don't see any direct blockchain competitors. They either cover different markets or lack a finished product.
@Taelpay Have you guys experienced any slow downs or constraints in the shijifen/tael exchange due to increasing volume? Could your system handle 100k transactions a day?
@GusVega19 All systems have limits, so we don’t want to over-promise. However, the Hyperledger Fabric our solution is based on can handle well over 100k transactions a day. (That’s 1.16 transactions a second.)
@Taelpay I know this is a real use case, how it is different from Walton chain, even they have similar block chain tech for similar problems like duplicate product identification. How #Tael will be different from others...
@LoveBlockChain1 They are mostly based on RFID in B2B settings, whereas ours is NFC based for Consumers (B2C). B2B is an addition for which we have a Dual-frequency model planned for future usage. We are focused on user experience at this point and don't regard them as a direct competitor.
@Taelpay Why do you believe your project remains relatively unknown even though y’all clearly have adoption? Also, do you believe @vechainofficial is a direct competitor?
@helpmedig_ We're well known amongst the Chinese blockchain community, but we saved marketing resources since our products were not live yet. Building up a consumer brand takes time & we build everything with care. Vechain is not a competitor to us, as they have a different business model.
