I’m happy to share that I’m starting a new position as Regional Manager - GCC at MoneyGram International!

A decade ago, my journey with Joyalukkas Exchange began and now the time has come to bid farewell to my remarkable team. These ten years with the Joyalukkas group have been filled with immense gratitude and pride. Joyalukkas Exchange has not just been a job. it's been a significant part of my identity and a source of great pride. Today, it stands tall with 85+ outlets globally, including a strong digital presence. Also, the addition of 20 new branches soon in the UAE underscores the remarkable journey we've embarked on together. Being part of this team for the last decade has been my honor and privilege. Together, we've rebuilt, reinvented, strengthened, and modernized our products, our business, and our company. Working under the guidance of our esteemed Chairman and Managing Director Antony Jos has been a great experience and I extend my gratitude for all the learnings and support from them. I deeply appreciate the unwavering support and encouragement I have received from each one of you. Wishing the entire Joyalukkas family continued success, growth, and prosperity. Once again It has been an honor and privilege to be part of this incredible journey.

Reflecting on 2023, it was a year filled with diverse challenges,some amusing and others laden with opportunities. I chose to conserve energy for the battles worth fighting, and the year unfolded as a tapestry of accomplishments, dismantling major hurdles that hinder me.   In the midst of the journey, encountering both negative and positive energy became inevitable. Many of us find ourselves stuck when negativity hits hard, tempting us to assume a self-victim role. In those moments, the key was not to halt but to stay focused, gear up, and engage in activities that fueled personal growth. I’ve had the privilege of leading teams and building products, engaging in meaningful industry dialogues across diverse forums, being involved in acquisition projects, and working along with regulators gaining insights.It’s been a year of growth, partnerships, and exciting opportunities. These experiences, however, were not without their lessons. Each challenge taught valuable insights about navigating the real world. The fundamental lesson? The power to build and grow resides within each of us.   As we step into 2024, I wish you all great Happy New Year and encourage everyone to face challenges with resilience. Recognize that our most formidable battles often unfold within ourselves.
