Presently, our staking platform is yielding 20% APR. From the outset, we've emphasized the potential for our staking terms to evolve.
Our priority is to build a system that supports the long term health of the network and promotes economic sustainability. In the intermediate term, our progression towards multiple Appnets and, ultimately, the mainnet will establish the inherent utility of the CHR token.
This shift will play an important role in our transition from a project in its developmental stages to a fully operational platform. In light of this, we are providing our community with advance notice of the upcoming changes planned for staking APR:
Updated APR Schedule
For the remainder of September 2023, the staking platform will continue to dispense rewards at 20% APR.
From October 1st to December 31st 2023, the staking platform will dispense rewards at 15% APR.
From January 1st to December 31st 2024, the staking platform will dispense rewards at 10% APR.
Please note that these adjustments to the emission rate will happen seamlessly in the background, and will not require any action from stakers.

Plans for the staking rate beyond 2024 will be shared in due course.
If any significant changes to the staking system are made in the future that require user interaction, we will communicate these changes well in advance through our official channels.
