Tokenbox Q2 2018 Report

We’re already halfway through the year 2018, and we can tell so far that the past 6 months were amazing.
Remember we shared our Q1 report and renewed some roadmap points? The Tokenbox team is happy to claim that we tend to follow the roadmap, and a brand new, fresh off the press Q2 report is the best way to show it!
Q2 Achievements
RELEASES
Adam Draper once said: “Pave your own path and be fearless”. So in April we fearlessly paved the road of ours and updated the Tokenbox Roadmap. According to our plans, the platform will be fully operational up until the end of the year.
On June 5th we had an awesome release: the Alpha Version of the platform went live! Along with a registration option and a KYC procedure, we also launched a Refer-A-Friend Bonus Program.
And yes, we do remember what we promised in our Roadmap. A multicurrency wallet, with 6 cryptocurrencies included (Bitcoin, Ethereum, Ripple, Bitcoin Cash, Litecoin and TBX) will be released in test mode in two weeks time. So stay tuned!
MORE LISTINGS
- In May TBX token was listed on IDEX exchange, which currently has the second highest trading volume amongst all decentralized exchanges, after Bancor.
- Also, on the same day as the Tokenbox Alpha Version went live, a TBX token profile was added to Hotbit exchange, one of the most rapidly developing marketplaces in the crypto industry, which trading volumes have already increased during the first half of 2018.
PARTNERSHIPS
We at Tokenbox always aim to partner up with the most reliable companies to provide our clients with the best service. In June we’ve implemented Changelly crypto exchange services in order to use a proven technological solution for the multicurrency wallet of Tokenbox.

- We’ve strengthened our Product development team with 2 more developers, 1 product owner, 1 system analyst and 1 dealing manager
- Headcount filling percentage: 76%

IT & DESIGN TEAM
The hope and strength of Tokenbox, the almighty teams of IT&Design made it possible for the Alpha Version to go live. They fully implemented the following options:
- Platform registration and e-mail verification
- User authorization
- Password reset
- KYC procedure
- Refer A Friend Bonus Programme
- Adding funds to the Wallet — test mode (BTC, ETH, BCH, LTC, XRP)
- WIthdrawing funds from the Wallet — test mode
- Design mockups and testing of the new Product website Home Page
LEGAL DEVELOPMENT & LICENSING
Tokenbox continues to build up its presence in different jurisdictions to provide legal and regulatory support for the launch and operations of the platform.
In April, 2018 Tokenbox set up TKNBX OU (registry code 14478337), a private limited company operating in Estonia, EU. In May 2018 we received 2 operating licenses to conduct the following activities:
Providing a virtual currency wallet service (FVR000143).
Providing services of exchanging a virtual currency against a fiat currency (FVR000171).
Through TKNBX OU we filed application for TOKENBOX trademark in the EU, and expects to extend trademark protection to the top potential markets in Q3.
Regulations in the crypto industry are evolving rapidly, and Tokenbox is actively monitoring such developments. Quadrat Enterprises Limited (company Number 117159), the Gibraltar-based subsidiary of Tokenbox currently in talks with leading legal advisors on its next steps in obtaining DLT license, and other potential options to support the offerings on the platform.
TOKENBOX IS GOING PLACES: EVENTS THAT WE’VE ENJOYED
In April Tokenbox co-founder and managing partner Vladimir Smerkis and Tokenbox Media director Ola Yaroshevsky hosted the Armenian Blockchain Forum in the beautiful city of Yerevan. In May Pavel Salas, Tokenbox CEO spoke about the future of crypto assets’ management at the CHAINGES conference in Amsterdam, Netherlands.
