FirmaChain New Roadmap Update

Hi. We are FirmaChain.
We are delighted to share some new visions for our project. For us, the past month was quite rough. With outstanding support from our investors and the blockchain community however, we were able to successfully overcome the bumps down the road. Moreover, our team’s perseverance with the project resulted in significant improvements in a number of business areas. Based on the roadmap that we have come up with starting the second half of 2020, we hereby promise to the community that we will do our very best to deliver successful results for our project.

2020. Q3
- Expand market share and acquire active users in the Korea market : With the dawning of the post-COVID era actively market electronic contract solution duite and acquire active users
2020. Q3-Q4
- List on new cryptocurrency exchange : Including two offshore cryptocurrency exchanges scheduled to list in August, negotiate the listing of FCT on global major cryptocurrency exchange throughout the second half of 2020 to secure liquidity and infrastructure
- Global (PRC, USA) business expansion and local partner acquisition : Increase global customers and encourage FCT as a payment option by listing FCT on local cryptocurrency exchange
- Technological and business partnership with other blockchain projects for service enhancement : Develop DeFi business model based on electronic contract solution while providing electronic contract solution to other blockchain companies and encourage FCT as a payment option
- DeFi service launch : Launch DeFi service based on FirmaChain’s Dapp ‘duite’
- Launch duite 2.0

- duite’s business expansion into SEA : Business expansion into SEA by leveraging and collaborating with existing global partners
Technology Roadmap
2020. Q3
- Develop DeFi service : Expand duite’s use case by collaborating with DeFi platforms in August, With the initiation of the project, enter into partnership with major DeFi platforms
- Select 11 companies as Main-net node validators
2020. Q4
- Launch Main-net : Launch FirmaChain Main-net Augustus 1.0 in September
- Main-net token swap event : With new listing in October, ERC20-Main-net token swap event scheduled
- Update new version of duite. : Make improvements to the current version of duite (including improvements in UI/UX) in order to provide a more convenient and efficient electronic contract solution to existing and new customers and integrate with to-be-launched FirmaChain Main-net
- Develop FirmaChain’s technology based new business : Develop SaaS utilizing WebRTC technology
2021. Q1
- Adopt methods to internalize real-time data (IDs and other major data) authentication on duite : Implement methods to verify duite user’s ID by integrating government system APIs or adopting outside party solutions
- Development and update of Main-net Smart Contract : Features such as nullification and modification of contract and file verification contract to be added
- Release Whitepaper 2.0 : Update Whitepaper 2.0
2021. Q2
- Main-net Scalability : Fix transaction speed to accommodate FirmaChain Main-net traffic increase
- Launch duite.3.0 : Update to add features that would allow users to sign contracts with even greater ease and manage the entire contract life cycle
- FirmaChain — duite. Network API integration
2021. Q3-Q4
- Develop duite. SDK : Develop SDK that would allow corporate customers to easily implement and tweak according to their specific needs in contract life cycle management (e.g. template bulk sending or conditional contracts fulfilling specific needs of customers)
- Market expansion of FirmaChain’s technology based new business
The path to take our project a step further has been set. Our strategic roadmap would allow us to fully tap into the potential of electronic contracts in the post-COVID era where we are already facing a dramatic increase in demand and where “untact” (or not having to physically meet) has become a major socio-economic trend. Updates or alterations made to the roadmap will be updated monthly.

About FirmaChain
FirmaChain is an electronic contract and decentralized data storage platform that utilizes blockchain technology to prevent forgery, efficiently solving all of the limits of current electronic contract services. Through FirmaChain’s electronic contract service “Duite”, negotiations, transactions and editing history can be safely recorded without the contractors needing to meet in person. In addition, in the decentralized data storage of FirmaChain, miners and users can contract to store a certain file. The user transmits the file to be saved to the miner, and when the file transfer is completed, the miner encrypts the file and then copies, encrypts the file. Proof of file storage is then recorded on to the blockchain.
