Clearpool has introduced its first Fintech Vault product in collaboration with Project OLA on Plume Network. The vault, backed by Uwi (a Y Combinator alumnus, S22), is designed to support Uwi’s housing finance operations by channeling on-chain capital. It will provide short-term, receivable-backed loans for pre-sold housing projects in Southeast Asia, a region with significant demand and institutional oversight but limited access to financing.
