Newton Hyper Exchange Protocol (HEP) 1.0 has now been officially released. HEP 1.0 includes the following functions:1. Creation and management of account addresses2. Inquiry and transfer of NEW asset balancesExchanges can use the HEP SDK to list NEW, and complete NEW top-up and withdrawal.The Hyper Exchange Protocol (HEP) forms the protocol layer of the Newton architecture, located between the underlying technology and application layers. The release of HEP 1.0 marks a starting point for the Newton technical ecosystem.
