Pieverse has upgraded its invoice payment system to x402 v2, the latest version of the x402 standard. The update preserves the existing one-signature, gasless user experience while introducing a v2-compliant payment handshake and improved compatibility with the broader x402 ecosystem.

Key changes include standardized network identifiers using CAIP-2 (EIP-155), a new SDK-based x402 v2 invoice payment flow, and expanded Facilitator support for payment verification and settlement under x402 v2.
