Release of interactive storage demo allowing everyone access to the new pin,unpin,lock and unlock transactions on testnet.
This allows everyone to experiment with hosting files on shift's ipfs cluster.

Due to the release of Phoenix 0.9 and a need to leave time for storage nodes to update (and in line with the development mantra "Do not deploy on a Friday!") we've set a release date of Monday, July 29th, for our interactive storage demo. Man your stations, we're ready to launch!
