today we are glad to announce a major upgrade to the Phoenix Computation Layer – introducing the #SkyNet Upgrade. SkyNet will further increase the utility, scalability, and ecosystem growth factor of the Phoenix Computation Layer. It achieves this via 4 main components:
1) Compute resource decentralization, enabling unlimited scalability for AI tasks
