币安宣布，全额支付证券借贷（Fully Paid Securities Lending，简称FPSL）将于6月10日正式上线。根据公告，FPSL将允许用户通过出借股票赚取收入，在股票借出期间出售股票，暂时放弃代理投票权，并以现金形式收取股息。
