货币（代币）销毁是将一定数量的加密货币发送到具有无法获得私钥的公共地址的过程。未来，发送的币无法花费，因此币销毁导致加密货币流通供应量整体减少。

@nagev82222 @MarkSokoli Surely, so this governance protocol was to determine what happens to the #1ST tokens that got swapped for $DAWN. Currently, they reside in our smart contract, and will be burned in a couple months.
