IERC-20: 挖矿系统升级
IERC-20 将于 1 月 18 日实施两项重大升级。第一次升级将影响 DPoS 矿工，因为每个矿场所需的最低 DPoS 积分将增加到 1,000。这一变化预计将影响挖矿过程和网络的整体效率。

Minimum DPoS point consumption: For all DPoS miners, the minimum required DPoS points per mine will then be 1,000.
Optimization of PoW difficulty in the reward program: PoW difficulty weight is decreasing from 10 square "x" to 5 square "x", narrowing the gap between high and low computational power, and offering more opportunities for PoW low-power miners.
