Time has come, friends! We’ve just launched Lisk Core v4.0.6, introducing the shutdown-node plugin.
🔒 This plugin will automatically shut down nodes after the L1 Mainnet snapshot at block height 24,823,618 is finalized. No turning back now.
We bid goodbye to the Lisk L1 Mainnet and the L1 LSK tokens as both will cease to exist. 👋🚫
Our focus now shifts to the future with LSK tokens only existing on the Ethereum network and the Lisk L2, as ERC-20 tokens.
