Planq PLQ: Planq Chain v.1.1.0 升级
Planq 定于 2 月 14 日 15:00 UTC 左右升级到版本 1.1.0。此次升级意义重大，因为它将启用 ERC-20 模块，从而允许 IBC 代币转换为 ERC-20，反之亦然。建议所有验证者在第 7,516,700 个区块之前进行升级，以确保顺利运行。

什么是硬分叉？
抽象定义硬分叉是指比特币区块格式或交易格式（这就是广泛流传的“共识”）发生改变时，未升级的节点拒绝验证已经升级的节点生产出的区块，不过已经升级的节点可以验证未升级节点生产出的区块，然后大家各自延续自己认为正确的链，所以分成两条链。
在某些情况下，由于硬分叉，可能会出现一种全新的加密货币，例如比特币现金和 EthereumPoW。
