Railgun RAIL: 质押奖励增加
Railgun 于 7 月 23 日执行了一项已获批准的治理提案，提高了活跃 RAIL 质押者的奖励。奖励分配比例从国库地址余额的 2% 提高到 4.2%，奖励以 DAI、WETH 和 RAIL 的形式每两周发放一次。

::Rewards Increasing to 420bps::
After an open on-chain vote the last ten days, a new RAILGUN protocol request passed vote & was successfully executed. It upgraded the rewards for active RAIL staker addresses.
Previously only 2.00% of the treasury address DAI, WETH & RAIL, from this period it is 4.20% of these balances every two weeks.
Stakers are able to see this increase the next time they check for protocol requests and rewards.
