Who will be impacted?
Users of wallets supporting both v1.0 and v2.0 can connect using v2.0. Mobile app users must update to the version with v2.0 support.
Users of wallets/apps supporting only v1.0 or using outdated mobile apps won't be able to connect after the shutdown.
