What is Dock?
Dock is a decentralized data exchange protocol designed to incentivize and facilitate the exchange of professional information between different platforms. It provides an innovative solution that allows users to efficiently share their professional data in a secure and reliable environment.
Users can conveniently transfer their data from one application on a platform to another application on a different platform using the Dock protocol (provided they support this protocol). The information is updated and synchronized between the applications. Users have the ability to choose where and how their data is used. However, after exchanging data with an application, the user loses control over how the application shares their data with third parties.
The Dock protocol utilizes its own token, DOCK, to manage the identification system. The DOCK token is also used to reward users who contribute to the ecosystem, for example, through identity validation or data provision.
