What is DODO?
DODO is an innovative decentralized exchange (DEX) built on the Ethereum and Binance Smart Chain (BSC) networks. It harnesses the power of the Proactive Market Maker (PMM) algorithm, aiming to offer capital-efficient liquidity pools and enhance the DeFi trading experience.
DODO’s operational mechanism is centered around its PMM algorithm that enables single-token liquidity provision, mitigates impermanent loss, and minimizes slippage for traders. In addition, DODO“s SmartTrade functionality offers a decentralized liquidity aggregation service that efficiently sources and compares various liquidity providers to ensure optimal pricing for token pairs. It also uniquely facilitates liquidity pool creation for new assets by enabling real-time customization of various parameters like asset ratios, liquidity depths, and fee rates. DODO”s Crowdpooling feature provides an equitable, permissionless liquidity offering, along with other tailor-made technical solutions for on-chain market makers.
The DODO token serves as a governance tool within the ecosystem, offering holders trading fee discounts and allocation in Crowdpooling/Initial DEX Offerings (IDOs). Furthermore, DODO tokens can be staked.
