What is PowerPool Concentrated Voting Power?
PowerPool is a DAO-governed protocol aiming to establish a decentralized and autonomous network, termed the PowerAgent Keeper network. This network is designed to guarantee transaction execution and provide off-chain computation, fulfilling the role of automation within the web3 environment. Such automation networks are crucial for supporting automated on-chain strategies and maintenance across various web3 protocols, dApps, DAOs, and individual users, effectively forming a foundational pillar in the crypto infrastructure alongside L1/L2 and oracle networks.
The PowerAgent network operates in a decentralized and permissionless manner. This structure enables any individual to run a PowerAgent Keeper node. Keeper nodes are tasked with the automatic execution of transaction signing, as assigned by the network users. In return for their services, these Keeper nodes earn automation fees and are also compensated for gas costs in the respective native blockchain asset. An essential requirement for Keeper nodes is to stake CVP, the protocol’s governance token. Staking this token allows them to engage with the automation network and becomes a qualifier for processing higher-value transactions.
CVP (Concentrated Voting Power) is a native ERC-20 token issued on the Ethereum platform. The token is used to manage the platform, participate in voting and receive rewards.
