Constellation will execute the Tessellation v.3.0 network upgrade on May 20th at 15:00 UTC, during which the network is expected to be offline for approximately one hour.

After the upgrade, delegated staking will be introduced, enabling node operators to nominate nodes and users to stake via the DAG Explorer; the announcement states that early participants will share a portion of the delegator reward pool.
