For July 2018, the snapshot moment is 18:00 on 30th July, 2018, Beijing Time. The number of tokens to be received by a holder = the amount of token held at snapshot moment/ 33 — transaction fees (which is about 0.5DPY at this moment = Gas price * Gas used/Price of DPY). (Why 33? Because, the total months for airdrop is 24, and till now, 9 airdrops have already happened.) Due to the transaction fees, if the number of DPY tokens you are holding at the moment of snapshot is less than 15.5, you will not be able to receive airdrop.
