Elastos will release the BeL2 Arbiter protocol in the fourth quarter. The protocol will support community staking tests and staking with both Bitcoin-secured main net ELA and Smartchain ELA. Additionally, users will be able to earn rewards for Bitcoin ZKP verification services.
