FTX to Distribute About $2.2B to Creditors on March 31
FTX announced that it plans to make its fourth distribution of approximately $2.2 billion on March 31 to holders of allowed claims in the Plan’s Convenience and Non-Convenience Classes who have completed the pre-distribution requirements. Eligible creditors are expected to receive funds through their selected distribution service provider within one to three business days after March 31. FTX also said April 30 has been set as the record date for a May 29 payment to holders of preferred equity interests.
