ICON has announced that its testnets are now operating on Revision 23, which includes an update to STEP calculations. This change may affect the cost of contracts, and developers are encouraged to test their contracts for any changes in cost.

The update will be implemented on the mainnet on December 18th. Developers are advised to report any issues they encounter on the ICON Discord.
