Monero will launch FCMP++ on testnet in December. Development of FCMP++ is ongoing, and while the work is not yet complete, the project is making steady progress toward the expected launch.

In sum, whilst the work is not complete yet, FCMP++ is progressing well and is expected to go live on testnet within the next few months.
