Own CHX: Airdrop to CHX Holders on BitMax

1. Based on the snapshot of account balance, top 2,000 users with CHX position ≥ 1,000 will receive reward of  50 CHX under lock-up by their ranking. Tokens will be reflected on My Asset page under CHXLCK.

2. After the airdrop, users with accumulated purchase of CHX from the market ≥ twice the amount of the airdrop within 3 days, the airdrop tokens will be released within 1 hour.

With accumulated purchase of CHX < twice the amount of airdrop within 3 days, the user will be deemed to voluntarily give up the airdrop reward.

4. Time of Distribution: by 6:00 a.m. EDT, Apr 7th, 2019
