Oxen to Conduct Node Upgrade on February 20th
Oxen has announced that service node operators who have not yet upgraded will be decommissioned on February 20th. However, they will not be deregistered until February 28th. This eight-day grace period is designed to provide additional time for operators to upgrade to the latest binaries.

The new binaries patch a bug in the storage server which affects updating Session message expiries, and some minor issues and warnings reported since the initial release last week — unfortunately the bug was was discovered during the upgrade period.

There will be an 8 day grace period to account for this, meaning that service node operators which haven't re-upgraded will still be decommissioned on feb 20th, but will not be deregistered until Feb 28th to allow extra time to upgrade to the newest binaries.
