Phore PHR: Synapse on Testnet
Phore Blockchain will launch the Testnet of their highly scalable sharding architecture; Phore Synapse.
Phore Synapse will have a theoretical maximum TPS (transactions per second) into the tens of millions. Phore Synapse will also allow for different consensus rules to run on different shards unlike other planned sharding architectures (e.g. ETH 2.0).
