VegaWallet Token VGW: Desktop Wallet Release

We figured we would tell you about some of the big things we have planned coming up in the next two weeks for our community and for the cryptocurrency world in general.

As many of you know, we recently released our VegaWallet applications on the App Store and Google Play. The Beta version you are all using was a great hit gaining a large amount of users across both platforms before our full marketing campaigns were released. This is just the beginning! VegaWallet will be releasing an update shortly to provide a huge functionality and user interface increase. We tested the new application features among study groups of non-cryptocurrency enthusiasts to ensure it was as simple to possibly understand in our journey to attract new users to this exciting technology.

Some Of Our New Features Will Include:
New Dashboard Interface
- Our new dashboard adds more market information and navigation straight to full market trend data or right to your wallet for quick payment! Users can now see their full wallet balance right from the dashboard as well.
Market Trend Data
- We have included a new page “Market Trends” that pulls the latest information on your selected cryptocurrency right from the most trusted sources on the market. We hope this will help our community to better understand the cryptocurrencies and tokens they use or invest in!
Improved User Interface For Wallet Page
-Users will now be able to access individual send and receive pages through their wallet balances tab. We hope separating both onto different pages will help to increase the understanding of transaction needs for new users entering this space. A Send Confirmation page has also been added. On the Receive page we have made the QR code larger and your address is more prominently displayed.
Trade Link
-Trade Link allows users to save their exchange deposit addresses right into the wallet so that you can save valuable time searching for deposit pages and verifying codes and addresses. This will also be available in the desktop app.
VegaPay (Coming Soon)
-As you can see we have added the VegaPay page! This is a huge step forward for our platform and community and represents a major roadmap goal we are working towards everyday! In brief summary, VegaPay will let you save credit cards right into the VegaWallet application with NFC implementation. Allowing users to leave their wallet at home and complete all cryptocurrency and credit transactions right from their phone. Our VegaPay engine also allows users to pay with cryptocurrency at any modern payment terminal or online. This also includes businesses that do not yet accept crypto-payments with the instant conversion from digital asset to local fiat currency using our exchange and liquidity partners.

Before the release of our mobile application update comes our new desktop wallet. Our desktop wallet uses the same background databases to ensure you can access your funds on the go or at home any time.
