Zcash to Hold Halving on November
Ahead of its upcoming halving in November 2024, Zcash has introduced ZIP 1015, proposing a new block reward allocation model. Following the halving, 12% of the block subsidy will be directed to a dedicated lockbox fund, while 8% will support Zcash Community Grants (ZCG) managed by the Financial Privacy Foundation (FPF).
