Dimitra DMTR: Hack Investigation Result
Inimbestigahan ni Dimitra ang isang kamakailang hack at natukoy ang isang paglabag sa kanilang web/email server. Nagsagawa ng mga hakbang upang maitama ang isyu at ipinatupad ang mga karagdagang tampok sa seguridad. Tinitiyak ng kumpanya na ang mga token sa ilalim ng staking ay hindi naapektuhan dahil sa air gap na naka-deploy sa pagitan ng staking database at token disbursement.
Kakanselahin ang lahat ng unstaking na kahilingan sa ika-10 ng Enero, 2024 at dapat muling isumite. Pinapayuhan ang mga gumagamit na maingat na suriin ang address ng wallet bago isumite ang kanilang kahilingan. Magiging available ang mga unstaking request sa ika-10 ng Enero. Ipinagpapatuloy ng kumpanya ang pagsisiyasat nito sa anumang potensyal na pagkalugi at hinihiling sa mga user na natalo na ibigay ang kanilang account ID at transaction ID.

We have investigated the hack and found the breach in the web/email server. We have made changes to our web/email server and portal server.
Tokens under staking have not been affected. As we mentioned in social media, we deploy an air gap between staking database and token disbursement. This prevents the theft of staked tokens under such circumstances.
We evaluated the database for changes and found no issues with data on the portal server. The hackers made changes to our website and sent emails to our users. We have added additional security features and will add several more by Wednesday, January 10th, 2024.
All unstaking requests will be canceled tomorrow, January 10th, and will need to be resubmitted. Prior to submitting your request, we ask that you carefully examine the wallet address to ensure that the tokens will be dispersed to the correct address. Unstaking requests will be made available after 5 pm EST on Wednesday, January 10th, 2024.
