🧙‍♂️ Framework Update for Quasar

There are a few key updates we have for today that'll advance our framework and help the simulation start to take shape.

- Integration of the framework "entity loader" and "object persistence" functionality to the admin panel

- Finishing the functionality requirements for Harper

- Updates to the MOTD functionality

- Updates to the internal-use admin panel

We've created an instance of the framework for initial testing and scoping. 🔬

We anticipate the first iteration of our simulation being released later this month, as mentioned in previous updates.

Note: "The framework" in this context refers to the simulation, or the "MUD". (Text-based game environment)
