On November 11, Starknet rolls v0.14.1 to testnet to validate three core changes: adoption of BLAKE hash functions under SNIP-34, an update to JSON-RPC to v0.10.0 with revised state-diff, event, and subscription semantics, and faster block closing during low network activity to reduce idle intervals and stabilize confirmation times.
