Newly speced out Magistrate 2.0 ([AIP 36](http://)https://github.com/ArkEcosystem/AIPs/blob/master/AIPS/aip-36.md) will replace legacy Magistrate. It will relay on the IPFS saving of data for Blockchains, Delegates, Businesses, Plugins and more. With new approach adding new items to any of the predefined entities won't require updating of the protocol, but just underlaying libraries! This will be first released in upcoming Core v2.7.
