Developed and coordinated with the community, v3 also introduces authored blobs, congestion controls, transaction size limits, among its five core changes:

Ginger is scheduled to go live on Mocha testnet in november and Mainnet Beta in December following the rollout of Shwap, a major upgrade to Celestia’s DA network.
